I am David Issa, a digital transformation and user experience strategist who partners with companies to grow their brand and build meaningful, engaging connections with their audiences.
After spending nearly a decade as an enterprise software entrepreneur and then as a UX strategist and consultant, serving multimillion dollar brands and initiatives, David knows what truly drives user engagement — and it’s not mastering the digital marketing/design trend of the week. It’s how well your company/product communicates in an omni-channel setting to contextually connect with people in their moment of need.
David has worked with some of the largest brands to define, create and execute digital product roadmaps, customer experiences, and/or engagement strategies, including Disney, Estee Lauder, St. Jude Medical, HERTZ Rental Equipment, CFA Institute, Fitbit etc. His enterprise software startup, XenLogic, was instrumental in architecting the strategy and execution of Bloomberg’s $300M GATS public health initiative. In addition to his extensive digital strategy and design experience, David is a trained Agile Project Management and transformation coach.
David speaks fluent Japanese and French, and has lived and worked internationally. David attended graduate school at Keio University's School of Media Design in Tokyo, Japan, and graduated summa cum laude from New York University. David currently resides in New York City.
