You do not know or fully understand your business the first 5-10 years of your business; Until then you are discovering and trying your business/business model out. After 10-20 years it is sufficient to say that you are practicing business, and have a firm model in place. Only after 30+ years of business practice, can you say that you truly begin to understand the nature of your business and industry.

With all that is happening in the financial world, we need to remember that slow and steady growth is ok. Believe me you, I am as impatient as anyone else out there…
